Mrs. Walters is the founding partner of the Law Office of Carrie Johnson Walters. Carrie Walters is licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina. Her area of expertise focuses on divorce, separation, child custody, child support, and division of marital property. Her deep experience involving many complex domestic cases has resulted in client satisfaction.
Mrs. Walters assists with estate planning. She helps her clients prepare for the future, providing legal documents that assist with the client's well-being and property division. This assistance could include the drafting of a will, power of attorney, and health care power of attorney.
Mrs. Walters became a North Carolina Certified Paralegal in 2006. Carrie, while working full-time, pursued her undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtaining her Communications degree in 2012. After many years of service, Carrie realized her desire to assist clients in pursuing their claims and understanding their options when faced with difficult decisions could only be solidified by taking her interest in the law and serving others to a new level. Carrie pursued her Juris Doctor degree.
